Boxcar Billy is pure reflex fun. You flick between tracks to keep the train rolling and grab cargo, and the speed creeps up until your thumbs betray you. It's the kind of game you play in five-minute bursts and then one more, honestly.
There's a light upgrade layer for your engine, and it's paced well enough that you feel progress without grinding. The cartoon art has real personality, especially the increasingly panicked conductor.
The ads are more frequent than I'd like between runs. There's a cheap one-time removal, which I'd suggest if the game clicks for you, because otherwise the rhythm gets chopped up.
